What To Expect From a Sculptra Treatment
Treatment time can typically range from 30-45 minutes. Results become visible fairly quickly, but full results can be seen in three to six months after the first treatment. Results can last up to two years. You can also come into the office whenever you feel a touch up is necessary.
During the treatment process however, it is recommended to be treated up to 6 weeks apart to let the body heal, collagen production to increase, and give time for Sculptra to get to work.
Sculptra Aftercare Recovery
To ensure the best results, and prevent any irritations from occurring, following post treatment aftercare instructions are advised. This will help increase comfort and decrease comfort as well. Avoid excessive sun exposure for up to 24 hours after each treatment.
It is important to avoid any heat, which can include going to the sauna. Avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours as well. Avoiding these can help improve the quality of your treatment and prevent any issues from occurring.
